Myanmar Dalam Ingatan

Yeaaahhh.. Kembali menulis selepas teringat wujud tempat menulis nie(sebenarnya dah terlupa ada tempat membebel sensorang juga tempat kenangan di simpan).

December 2016 

Yangon aku jejaki for the first time in my life. Tanah Myanmar di jelahi selepas beli tiket dua (2) bulan awal. return tiket Rm350++ tak ingat dh almost Rm400 all untuk flight Airasia dari KUL-RGN.

Untuk ke Myanmar bagi rakyat Malaysia kita kena dapatkan Visa. Visa nie boleh buat kat Ever Fine Services dekat dengan Masjid Jamek (boleh pergi naik LRT, bersebelahan dengan Burger King tu ja).

Nie share benda wajib masa nak apply tourist visa :

Tourist Visa (single entry only):

a. 2 passport size photo with white back-ground.
b. Application form fully filled and signed  
c. Copy passport of biodata page 
d. Original passport validity not less than 6 months
e. Flight ticket and hotel reservation.
f. Visa fee RM143.30 (inclusive svc fee & GST)  per pax.
g. Duration of stay 28 days 

22 December 2016 (hari kejadian) 

Bergerak dari KLIA dalam kul 5.30 petang (waktu Malaysia) sampai kat sana lewat petang dalam jam 6.00 petang (waktu Myanmar). Waktu dorang lewat 1 jam setengah dari waktu kita.

Sampai Yangon Airport sempat makan dulu sebelum bergerak ke Mandalay guna bas (bas dari Yangon ke Mandalay selesa ja) di stesen.

23 & 24 December 2016 (Mandalay)

Sampai Mandalay pagi dalam jam 7 pagi. first of all check in duluan lah kan.
Lepas tu baru breakfast kat hotel. Dari hotel ambik Tourist Guide yang sangat la ramah. Masa balik siap dapat gelang Jed dari uncle nie lagi (awesome). Tapi planning  hari kedua which is nak tengok sunrise tu terkubur sebab penat... hahaha


(But sunset kat U-bein bridge memang mendamaikan)

Selepas breakfast dalam pukul 10 pagi cam tu terus gerak dari hotel ke terminal untuk naik bas ke Bagan. Bus nie ok la x selesa sangat but ok la. yang penting macam2 lagu dok layan dalam bas nie.. hihi

 Bawah nie adalah itinerary awal sebelum pergi tapi banyak gak terskip.. haha..

24 & 25 December (Bagan)

Sampai Old Bagan dalam petang. Masuk ja kota Bagan nie kena bayar USD20 tapi berbaloi kot sebab banyak yang amat temple dia kiri, kanan depan belakang. Kota kecil yang menyimpan beribu sejarah dan ceritanya. 

Sepanjang kat sini boleh sewa basikal elektrik ataupun skuter sebagai pengangkutan untuk nak ke mana-mana. 

Kat sini da ja kedai jual makan halal. Kedai yang iolss makan tak ingat plak namanya tapi salah sorang yang kerja tu pernah kerja kat Malaysia dan boleh la cakap melayu sikit2 la. Tapi makanan dia sedap.. 

Untuk repaid balik rasa frust tak boleh sunrise kat Mandalay tu kita ke Shwesandaw Pagoda. Awal agi di bagan sejuk hokey (mohon pakai jaket atau sweater tebal). Kat sini sapa-sapa nak naik hot ballon tu boleh la. hakak mampu tengok ja.. hihi.. 

Mount popa seperti remark dalam itinerary memang tak pergi la.. Waduh-waduh hakak cepat penat (tua dah rupanya).

Tapi overall bagan memang best sangat. Mungkin juga kena dengan jiwa.

26 & 27 December (Yangon)

Next place is Yangon the city of Myanmar. Ok trip ke Yangon dengan ambik bas malam so pagi-pagi hari 26hb tu dah sampai la di Antar Kota Aung Mingalar Bus terminal kat Yangon.

Sampai ja terus ambik teksi utk cari B&B kat pekan dia nie. Senang ja dapat sebab da a few so tak risau la. Lepas campak bag trs menjelajah cari makanan nak breakfast sebab tak boleh nak check lagi awal sangat.. hihi.

Jalan sampai kat pasar dia. Pa yang wat aku teruja banyak nau orang jual buah segar dan my favvy roses dah la rose dia murah nk compare ngan kat Malaysia.. Da satu kuih yang lebih kurang kat Malaysia aku suka sangat tapi tak tau nama dan tak da pic plak huhu. Penat balik B7B mandi dan sambung zzzzzz..

Peatang ebrmula aktiviti meronda ke Maha Bandola Agrden yang ada menempatkan landmark kat sini (kira tenmpat ambik gambar la pendek ceritanya). Lepas tu g makan kat restotran halal (sini dapat ckit nak compare Mandalay pada aku la).

Next masa bergambar kat Red Colonies building. Dah lewat petang ckit aku ke tempat tujuan utama aku iaitu Shwedagon Pagoda (ok memang emas ok benda alah nie - terkagum kejap aku). Puas la berjalan sepetang sampai ke malam.


27hb sebelum aku balik KL aku ke Bogyoke Aung San Market (untuk beli souvenirs ckit untuk kengkawan dan family tercinta). Kat sini aku suggest yang nak beli t-shirt boleh ke kedai Zaburis sebab kualiti dia sangat ok dan harga dia murah sebab kalaw beli kat kedai nie kat Airport paham2 la harga dia ya. JAngan lupa beli Tanaka ok.. sebab aku sempat merembat gak tanaka nie aku ambik yang Original (syok gak pakai bedak sejuk dorg nie sbb muka jd sejuk).

Petang aku direct ke airport utk balik KL dah. Totally this trip osem terus teringat trip aku ke Jogja..Entah bila dapat return Jogja (one day In shaa Allah).

-MAKE A FIRST STEP-

Car & Budget 2014

Okay now first week in October means presentation for budget 2014 is just around the corner... I want to write and talk about this thing because last week my cousin go to bank to settle her stuff and that time the bank staff tell her that in budget 2014 they will announce the increasing of car down payment... The staff mention down payment for car will prop up to 20% from 10% and the period for car loan will shorting from nine (9) to seven (7) years but its not too sure yet.. Just want to sharing.. ;) So, lets think the negatives side and the positives side about this issue.  


My opinion on the bad sides of increasing the car down payment to the prospective buyers. First, we need to understand that there may be a small increase in the national economy, but there is no big improvement in the economy of the people (financial flows). The salary are still at the same level and if increase is not too much, while the cost of living in Malaysia is increasing day by day.  Secondly, when they make a loan for a car down payment they have to pay back with relatively high amount every month to the bank because of a loan period is getting shorter. Lastly is when they are burdened to pay the loan, most likely it will affect their monthly car installment and cause debts being in arrears.

In positive sides are earth more green and traffic jams may be reduced because the car on the roads depleting..

                                                           

So, its mean more difficult and be a burden on prospective buyers right?... why i said like that because when it happen of course the term and condition for make a loan to buy a car getting strict and difficult.. Don"t forget banks also want to make profit and do not want to lose same goes to car company in the end who will feel burden?.. Keep asking on yourself.. Like i said before is not too sure waiting the 2014 budget presentation to know the truth but i hope its just rumors.... :) XOXO

Memories Remains In My Heart Friend

We a best friends ever. We spending are happy time, sharing the sadness and stress together through three years of our study. Its such a enjoyable memories and it will remains for the whole of my life. She funny, beautiful, nice, kindly and always be on my side and give a support when i need it but the secret is she fear of the dark and she talented in playing guitar and singing.. ;)  Lately i really miss her after a few months we apart. All the memories we create came in my mind and it give a big smile on my lips.... Internet and phone are connection between us.. I pray someday we can spend time together like before, amin... Last night she wrote something on my FB wall that make me feel want to cry when i read it :

Homemade Cream Cheese Layer Cake

Okay long time not visit my blog... Even i'm jobless and stay at home without doing nothing... Hehe... Since i jobless i love to eat so much... ;)

So, for my entry this time i want to share one of recipe (Cream Cheese Layer Cake) that i made by my own for first time... So, lets start with the ingredients and the preparation methods of the Cream Cheese Layer Cake.... 

Ingredients A (Cream Cheese):

• 250 gm cream cheese (i used Philadelphia cream cheese)
• 55 gm caster sugar
• 1 egg 
• 1 tbsp of water 
• 1 tbsp of plain flour

Methods: 

• Beat cream cheese with sugar until well mixed 
• Add egg, water and flour, beat on medium speed until it well mixed 

Ingredients B:

• 2 eggs 
• 1 cup of caster sugar 
• 1 tsp of essence vanilla 
• Pinch of salt 
• 1/2 cup of hot water 
• 1/2 cup of fresh milk 
• 1/2 cup of corn oil 
• 1 cup of plain flour * 
• 3 tbsp of cocoa powder * 
• 1 tsp of baking soda * 
• 1/2 tsp of baking powder * 

(p/s: sieve all the ingredient are marked by *)

Methods:

• Beat eggs with sugar in another bowl until it fully 
• Add essence vanilla and salt, hot water beat the mixer for a while 
• Add fresh milk and corn oil 
• After that add plain flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder and beat the mixer until it well mixed 
• Divide it into 2 parts 

Preparation Methods:

• Preheat the steamer pot 
• Rub the pan with butter, covering with parchment paper 
• Pour the first part of chocolate batter into the pot and steam for 15-20 minutes 
• After that take out the pot from the steamer and pour the cream cheese mixture, steam for 15-20 minutes 
• Then, pour the second part of chocolate batter and steamed again for 20 minutes 

Done, this my cream cheese layer cake 

After slice into 4 parts... :) yummy.... 

Done and it ready to eats.... Yummy2.... Hope my sharing for this entry can give a benefit to you.... XOXO :)
