Homemade Cream Cheese Layer Cake

Okay long time not visit my blog... Even i'm jobless and stay at home without doing nothing... Hehe... Since i jobless i love to eat so much... ;)
So, for my entry this time i want to share one of recipe (Cream Cheese Layer Cake) that i made by my own for first time... So, lets start with the ingredients and the preparation methods of the Cream Cheese Layer Cake.... 

Ingredients A (Cream Cheese):
  • 250 gm cream cheese (i used Philadelphia cream cheese)
  • 55 gm caster sugar
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp of water 
  • 1 tbsp of plain flour
Methods: 
  • Beat cream cheese with sugar until well mixed 
  • Add egg, water and flour, beat on medium speed until it well mixed 

Ingredients B:
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup of caster sugar 
  • 1 tsp of essence vanilla 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 cup of hot water 
  • 1/2 cup of fresh milk 
  • 1/2 cup of corn oil 
  • 1 cup of plain flour * 
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder * 
  • 1 tsp of baking soda * 
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder * 
(p/s: sieve all the ingredient are marked by *)

Methods:
  • Beat eggs with sugar in another bowl until it fully 
  • Add essence vanilla and salt, hot water beat the mixer for a while 
  • Add fresh milk and corn oil 
  • After that add plain flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder and beat the mixer until it well mixed 
  • Divide it into 2 parts 

Preparation Methods:
  • Preheat the steamer pot 
  • Rub the pan with butter, covering with parchment paper 
  • Pour the first part of chocolate batter into the pot and steam for 15-20 minutes 
  • After that take out the pot from the steamer and pour the cream cheese mixture, steam for 15-20 minutes 
  • Then, pour the second part of chocolate batter and steamed again for 20 minutes 



Done, this my cream cheese layer cake 



After slice into 4 parts... :) yummy....
